We provide free shipping on all orders within India. Currently we do not ship anywhere outside India.
Delivery time may vary based on the location of the customer but most of the orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 5 to 7 days of confirmation of the order.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier service will notify you and make another attempt to deliver your order. If the delivery fails again, the package will be returned to our fulfilment centre and a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Login to our online portal using your email address and order ID.
- Select the product you wish to return or exchange.
- If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
- Send the product back in original packing with all materials such as tags, invoices, and marketing material.
Once we receive the returned product, we will notify you whether your exchange/refund is approved. If approved, you will receive store credit, a replacement product, or a refund to the original payment method.
The process may take approximately 7 to 10 days.
